Reducing Decision Fatigue: Preserve mental energy for what matters most
Building Momentum: Early wins create positive momentum all day
Regulating Your Body Clock: Better sleep, energy, and mood stability
Creating Your Time: The only time that's truly yours each day
Trust me. Ever since I started my 5am club three years ago, there's no turning back. I'm not asking you to wake up at 5am (yet?). I'm just inviting you to make small changes to the first hour of your wake time each morning because this can literally transform your life. I promise.

a. Write down everything you do from wake-up to leaving the house (or starting work). Note the time and how each activity makes you feel.
b. Identify What's Working Circle activities that energize you or make you feel good. These are your "keepers."
c. Spot the Chaos Highlight moments when you feel rushed, stressed, or reactive. These are your improvement opportunities.
