5 Questions to End May With Intentions

Before we close this month, I want to invite you to pause. Just for a moment.

Not to review your productivity. Not to measure what you achieved or didn’t achieve.

But to genuinely ask — who did this month make you?

01 — What did I learn about myself this month?

I’m still into my C dramas. 😄

And somewhere between the episodes — I realised something surprising. I can actually work less. And be happier.

I’m learning to let go of the habit of beating myself up every time I slow down. Rest is not slacking. Rest is part of the work.

02 — What belief am I leaving behind?

The belief that I need to work hard to succeed. That I should not rest. That productivity is proof of worth.

I’m leaving that one in May — and I’m not picking it back up in June.

03 — Where did I show up as the CEO of my life — and where didn’t I?

I’ve been refining what it means to be the CEO of my life this month — deliberately incorporating more rest and more fun alongside the work. Less grinding. More living.

That wasn’t easy. But it’s necessary.

04 — What am I most proud of — that nobody else saw?

Showing up to sincerely share my Celavive skincare business with the people around me — without letting the worry of judgment hold me back.

Again, it wasn’t easy. But I reminded myself to do it with love and joy. And it really helped. 🌸

05 — What does June need from me?

June needs me to show up with fun. To connect more. To lead with warmth and joy rather than discipline and duty.

More of that. Much more of that.

Now it’s your turn.

You don’t have to answer all five right now. Start with the one that makes you the most uncomfortable. That’s usually the one that matters most.

With love,

Elynn
