As we entered the last month of the year, it's often a time we start to feel more emotional and reflect on what's happened in the year. And one of the best way to begin this is to focus on being grateful for what we have. Do you know that research has shown that gratitude can enhance our moods, decrease stress, and drastically improve our overall level of health? In fact, ever since I incorporated gratitude practice as a way of life, I've never felt more positive and hopeful about life. I realized that for everything that I don't have, there is something else I have. And it simply takes a moment to shift into that space of abundance to acknowlege and be grateful for the abundance in my life.
